Allgemeine Beschreibung
Sie knüpfen und pflegen aktiv Beziehungen und sind kreativ im Einzelhandel und bei den Händlern in Ihrem Gebiet. Ihr Ziel ist es, den gewünschten Marktanteil in Ihrem Gebiet zu erreichen. Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter sind Sie für die Entwicklung von Umsatz, Sortiment und Sichtbarkeit bei einem definierten Kundenkreis verantwortlich. Hauptaufgaben
- Als Botschafter für unsere Marken und unser Unternehmen im Einzelhandel agieren
- Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen
- Sicherung und Maximierung unserer Präsenz in den zugewiesenen Einzelhandelsgeschäften und im Einzelhandel durch Abstimmung von Sortiment und Merchandising-Platzierung mit der nationalen Strategie
- Besuche von Filialen und Verbesserung unserer Präsenz
- Durchführung von In-Store-Promotions in der Hochsaison
- Verhandlung zusätzlicher Sortimente und Präsenz
- Vergleich mit Wettbewerbern
- Schulung und Motivation der Verkäufer zu unseren Produkten
- Weitergabe von Empfehlungen, Feedback und Wettbewerbsanalysen an den nationalen Key Account Manager zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung der nationalen Strategie
- Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Selbstständige wöchentliche Organisation (durchschnittlich 4-5 Besuche pro Tag, 4 Tage pro Woche)
- Planung, Leitung und Verwaltung aller Aspekte des Vertriebs in der zugewiesenen Region
- Akquise lokaler Händler
- Berichterstattung an den Vertriebsleiter und den Key Account Manager über alle Besuche und nationalen Maßnahmen
- Identifizierung und Berichterstattung von Marktentwicklungen
- Empfehlung von Produktlinien durch Identifizierung neuer Produktmöglichkeiten, Bewertung der Produkt-, Verpackungs- und Serviceanforderungen im Markt sowie Recherche von Verbraucherbedürfnissen und -trends. Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
- Verkauf neuer Artikel, Werbeaktionen und anderer Verkaufsinitiativen an das Händlernetz
- Konzeption, Umsetzung und Durchführung kommerzieller Aktivitäten
- Erstellung von Verkaufsberichten
- Teilnahme an internen Vertriebsmeetings und anderen Veranstaltungen (z. B. Messen an Wochenenden)
- Kommunikation von Kundenfeedback mit dem gesamten Unternehmen
- Reisebereitschaft, 75 % der Zeit unterwegs
Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
- Bachelorabschluss, abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im kommerziellen/B2B2C-Vertrieb als Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in im Bereich Unterhaltungselektronik
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Herausfordernd und mit der Fähigkeit, die Extrameile zu gehen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Computerkenntnisse; Excel und PowerPoint sind ein MUSS
- Fähigkeit zur Interaktion mit externen und internen Kunden auf allen Ebenen und kulturübergreifend
- Verhandlungsgeschick und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung ermöglichen es Ihnen, Ihre Talente voll auszuschöpfen
- Unabhängigkeit, Organisationstalent und Genauigkeit (insbesondere bei der Erstellung wöchentlicher Berichte) sind von Vorteil
