Als SAP Project Manager SuccessFactors übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Systembereitstellungen - von komplexen Transformationsprojekten bis hin zu kleineren Rollouts im Umfeld der Zalaris-Lösungen.
Du leitest und koordinierst nationale und internationale Teams (Onshore & Offshore) und stellst sicher, dass Zeit, Budget und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden. Dabei agierst du nicht nur als Projektmanager, sondern auch als Funktionsarchitekt und bringst dein Verständnis für SAP SuccessFactors und angrenzende HR-Prozesse gezielt ein.
Zudem unterstützt du unsere Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten - mit deinem Know-how zu Projektstruktur, Aufwandsschätzung, Risikobewertung und Liefermodellen wirkst du aktiv bei Angebotserstellungen und Kundenterminen mit.
Deine Aufgaben
- Ganzheitliche Projektleitung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von Kick-off bis zur operativen Übergabe
- Koordination von Onshore- und Offshore-Teams zur termingerechten Umsetzung
- Steuerung von Budget, Zeitplan und Ressourcen inkl. Regelmäßiger es Reporting (z. B. Status, EAC, Risiken, Margen)
- Sicherstellung der Projektführung durch Anwendung bewährter Methoden und interner Prozesse
- Aktives Stakeholder-Management sowie Kommunikation mit Kunden auf allen Ebenen
- Unterstützung im Pre-Sales mit Fokus auf Angebotsstruktur, Leistungsumfang, Aufwandsschätzung und Kundenpräsentationen
- Steuerung des Change-Request-Prozesses inkl. Dokumentation und Aufwandsschätzung
- Abstimmung mit dem Finance-Team zur Fakturierung, Umsatzprognose und Nachverfolgung offener Posten
- Förderung von Wissenstransfer und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung innerhalb des Projektteams
- Wünschenswert ist eine Zertifizierung in der SAP Activate Methodologie
Dein Profil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-/SAP-Projekten über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
- Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer und internationaler Projektteams, sowohl On- als auch Offshore
- Sicherer Umgang mit klassischen und agilen Projektmethoden sowie entsprechenden Tools (z. B. Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern sowie ein souveränes Auftreten in Pre-Sales-Situationen
- Erfahrung im SAP-Projektmanagement, insbesondere mit SuccessFactors, ist zwingend erforderlich. Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in HCM oder Employee Central (EC) sind ein Plus.
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
- Bereitschaft, sich zügig in neue Themengebiete wie Zalaris-Lösungen einzuarbeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
