Objektleiter:in (w/m/d) Hospital zum heiligen Geist
Hier können Sie Ihre Erfahrungen einbringen:Neben Ihrem Haupteinsatz im Bereich der Technischen Abteilung sind Sie auch verantwortlich für alle anderen technischen Gewerke gemäß nachfolgendem Aufgabenprofil:
- Sicherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit der technischen Anlagen und Funktionen
- Koordination und Kontrolle von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie von Einzelprojekten
- Abnahme, Überprüfung der Funktionsfähigkeit und Dokumentation der Anlagen nach Abschluss der Arbeiten
- Störungsanalyse und -beseitigung,
- Führung, Planung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter der Werkstatt am Krankenhaus (Gewerke übergreifend)
- Kommunikation mit den Schnittstellenbereichen, z. B. IT, Medizintechnik und Baumanagement
- Optimales, bedarfsorientiertes Ersatzteilmanagement
- Prüfung von LVs, Angeboten und Rechnungen sowie von Aufmaßen, ggf. Rechnungskontierung
- Im Zuge der anstehenden Sanierungsmaßnahme des Hospitals sind Sie Ansprechpartner für die beteiligten Firmen und Fachplaner in Absprache mit der Projektleitung
- Übernahme von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten im Bereich Haustechnik und damit verbunden versetzte Arbeitszeit
Der Einsatz erfolgt hauptsächlich im Bereich des Hospitales zum Heiligen Geistes. Bei Erfordernis erweitert sich der Einsatzort in die übrigen Liegenschaften der Stiftung in Frankfurt und Kronberg.
Mit diesen Qualifikationen überzeugen Sie uns:- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker, einer Meisterqualifikation eines technischen Gewerkes oder über eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Befähigung zur Erfüllung des Profils der verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft nach VDE 1000-10, VDE 0105-100, DGUV Vorschrift 1, DGUV Vorschrift 3 und Betr.SichV/TRBS
- Sie können mehrjährige Berufserfahrung vorweisen und finden sich schnell in Ihrem neuen Aufgabengebiet zurecht
- Sie haben Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Wartung komplexer technischer Anlagen, idealerweise auch mit der notwendigen Dokumentation hierzu
- Sie besitzen bereits Leitungserfahrung, sind konfliktfähig und sind bereit, Konflikte sachlich zu bewältigen
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im baulichen, technischen und organisatorischen Brandschutz
