Deine Aufgaben
Gestalte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business Units unser strategisches und operatives Partner Management aktiv mit:
- Identifiziere und akquiriere passende Partner europaweit, gestalte ihr Onboarding und entwickle sie langfristig.
- Betreue dein Partnerportfolio aktiv und erzeuge zusammen mit dem Partner gegenseitige Mehrwerte.
- Befähige unsere Partner im eigenständigen Vertrieb und in der Vermarktung der BSI Customer Suite in ihren Zielmärkten.
- Sorge für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und leite aus dem Partnerfeedback strategische Maßnahmen für BSI ab.
Wir suchen Macher
- Du hast langjährige Erfahrung im Partner Account Management (idealerweise bei einem CRM-Softwarehersteller).
- Du begeisterst dich für innovative CRM/CX-Software und starke Partnerbeziehungen.
- Du bist empathisch, der persönliche Kontakt ist dir wichtig und Netzwerken liegt dir im Blut.
- Du denkst strategisch, aber auch pragmatisch und nimmst die Dinge in die Hand.
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend.
