Die Stelle ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit mit 28 Wochenarbeitsstunden zunächst befristet für 24 Monate zu besetzen. Die Eingruppierung erfolgt nach den Eingruppierungsvorschriften des Braucht Ihr ganzes Können - Ihre Herausforderung:
In Ihrer Tätigkeit als Körpertherapeut
• in arbeiten Sie im Team A unserer Psychosomatischen Tagesklinik mit dem Schwerpunkt Borderline-Persönlichkeitsstörungen. Wir betreuen wir bis zu 12 Patient
• innen teilstationär und darüber hinaus ambulante Patient
• innen. Sie sind in einem multiprofessionellen Team aus ärztlichen und psychologischen Psychotherapeut
• innen, Pflegekräften, Sozialtherapeut
• innen, Spezial- und Kreativtherapeut
• innen sowie Forschenden unter der Leitung einer Psychologischen Psychotherapeutin tätig und arbeiten dabei nach wissenschaftlich fundierten Behandlungskonzepten. Regelmäßige Team- und Fallsupervision werden angeboten. Ihre Aufgaben sind die Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien mit körper-, bewegungs- bzw. tanztherapeutischem Fokus. Sie steuern und gestalten somit komplexe Therapieprozesse mit. Außerdem übernehmen Sie Aufgaben in der studentischen Lehre.
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Tanztherapie oder Bewegungs- und Körpertherapie, Motologie
- Berufserfahrung mit psychosomatischen oder psychiatrischen Patient
• innen ist wünschenswert - Kompetenzen in achtsamkeitsbasierten Verfahren (MBSR, Achtsamkeitspraxis, Yoga, Tai Chi o.ä.)
- ausgeprägte fachliche und soziale Kompetenz
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
- hohe Kommunikationskompetenz
- Aufgeschlossenheit, Engagement, Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
- engagiertes, flexibles Arbeitsverhalten
- sehr gutes Ressourcenmanagement
- gute Organisationsfähigkeit
- Umsetzung von eigenen Ideen und der Arbeit in einem innovativen interdisziplinären Team
- Vereinbarung von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, um die Verbindung von Familie und Beruf in die Realität umzusetzen
- Betreuung Ihrer Kinder durch Partnerschaften mit Kindereinrichtungen in der Nähe des Universitätsklinikums
