Aufgaben
Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen
Als selbständiger Handelsvertreter (m/w/d) beraten und betreuen Sie Ihre Kunden bedarfsgerecht über die vier Bausteine moderner Vorsorge: Absicherung, Wohneigentum, Risikoschutz und Vermögensbildung.
Sie erarbeiten Beratungskonzepte für alle Vorsorgethemen auf Basis der ermittelten Ziele und Wünsche des Kunden und leiten daraus konkrete Angebote ab.
Sie bauen Ihr Kundennetzwerk aktiv aus und pflegen Ihre Beziehungen mit den Kunden.
Neben der Kundenbetreuung übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Qualitätsziele.
Sie leiten, qualifizieren und unterstützen Ihr motiviertes Außendienst-Team.
Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Vertriebsdirektor (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Optimierung und den Ausbau Ihres Teams verantwortlich.

Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss. Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Führung, Bausparen, Baufinanzierung und Vorsorgeprodukte.
