Ihre Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu medizinischen Fachkräften und wissenschaftlichen Experten in der Region, insbesondere im Bereich Pädiatrie, pädiatrische Neurologie und Endokrinologie, sowie Erstellung und Umsetzung von Engagement-Plänen für Stakeholder
- Bereitstellung hochwertiger medizinischer Informationen und wissenschaftlicher Unterstützung für medizinische Fachkräfte in Bezug auf das Produkt und die damit verbundenen Krankheitsgebiete
- Teilnahme an Kongressen und Symposien, um die wissenschaftliche Expertise des Unternehmens zu repräsentieren und mit relevanten Stakeholdern in Kontakt zu treten
- Unterstützung der Marketing- und Market-Access-Teams bei Patientenzugangsprogrammen, der Präsentation wissenschaftlicher Daten und der Beantwortung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Anfragen
- Organisation und Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Advisory Boards in Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen oder globalen Medical Director, um strategische Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen.
Ihr Profil
- Universitätsabschluss in Medizin, Pharmazie oder Biowissenschaften (ein PhD ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung).
- Erfahrungen als MSL oder Disease Specialist), idealerweise mit Fokus auf seltene Erkrankungen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen in Pädiatrie, pädiatrischer Neurologie und/oder pädiatrischer Endokrinologie
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Meinungsführern (Opinion Leaders) und nachweisliche Fähigkeit, langfristige Beziehungen zu Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aufzubauen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, mit der Fähigkeit, in einem geschäftlichen Umfeld zu kommunizieren.
