Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Open and distribute mail and other materials. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Area of work experience: Human resources.
