Reporting to the Director, Finance & Administration, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within CPA Manitoba.
The successful candidate will administer employee programs, ensure compliance with current legislation, and help lead culture-focused initiatives.
This position offers the possibility to work either 28 or 35 hours per week, scheduled over 4 or 5 consistent weekdays as determined at the time of hire.
While flexibility in the number of workdays is offered, the daily work hours will follow a consistent schedule.The position package includes:

Facilitate the onboarding experience to provide seamless transitions for new employees.• Help maintain the organization's compensation philosophy and structures.

Education:
• Completion of a degree in post-secondary education specializing in HR Management.• CPHR designation, or working toward one, is considered an asset.Experience:
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, ideally in a generalist capacity with hands-on exposure to a range of HR functions.• Active participation in professional development activities (CPHR or equivalent).• Experience delivering presentations and speaking publicly.• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Applications.• Skilled in conflict resolution and providing coaching and support in difficult conversations.• Previous experience in a not-for-profit environment is considered an asset.Skills:
