They are looking for a passionate and skilled Catering Sales Manager to join their team.As the Catering Sales Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales & Catering and will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing social catering events.
From the initial booking through to completion and final billing, this role ensures that all events exceed client expectations and uphold the hotel's distinguished reputation.
The salary is $70K per year plus bonus.DescriptionTeam Collaboration:
Work as part of the Catering Team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.Sales Enhancement:
Up-sell hotel services and products, and suggest suitable events, activities, floor plans, and menus to clients.Client Acquisition & Engagement:
Proactively seek new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Ensure successful event outcomes by working closely with clients from arrival to departure.Event Coordination:
Organize events with meticulous attention to detail, anticipating client needs and coordinating food and beverage requirements.Site Inspections & Documentation:
Conduct site inspections, assist with walk-in inquiries, and prepare accurate contracts, Banquet Event Orders, floor plans, and event resumes.Financial Liaison:
