Ton rôle d'Indispensable :
- Sous la supervision de la direction générale, tu joueras un rôle clé dans l'organisation et l'animation des activités de la résidence.Planifier, organiser et animer des activités sociales telles que des bingos, fêtes, concerts et autres événements, pour créer une ambiance stimulante et agréable pour les résidents.
- Rédiger et publier le calendrier mensuel des activités, en prenant les inscriptions et en assurant la gestion des sommes perçues.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, négocier les prix et optimiser les ressources allouées au service d'animation.
- Superviser les bénévoles, en interne comme en externe, pour garantir le bon déroulement des activités.
- Coordonner avec les autres services, comme la conciergerie, pour l'organisation des salles, la décoration et les petites installations.
- Gérer la page Facebook, les échanges avec TV Tour et la production d'affiches pour promouvoir les activités.
Profil recherché :
- DEC en éducation spécialisée ou diplôme équivalent.
- 6 à 12 mois d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Capacité d'animation, créativité et dynamisme pour proposer des activités enrichissantes.
- Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Empathie, excellentes compétences en communication et facilité à établir des relations interpersonnelles.
- Maîtrise des logiciels Excel, Word, Outlook, et la suite MS Office.
