Role Overview
We are seeking a Communications Business Partner for an 18-month contract at our Head Office in Surrey, BC. You will develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance our internal and external messaging. Compensation & Benefits
Expected salary range: $60,000 to $75,000, based on a 35-hour work week. We support continuous learning with financial assistance for approved training, seminars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative communication plans supporting company initiatives
- Assess and improve communication strategies
- Create engaging content to build brand awareness
- Manage intranet, corporate events, and support crisis communication
- Proactively handle media relations and ad-hoc communication needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in Communications/Public Relations with a relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of communication principles and best practices
- Proven success in strategic communication planning with measurable outcomes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
