VOTRE RÔLE
Le titulaire du poste est responsable de diriger et optimiser les opérations de production sur tous les quarts de travail afin d'assurer le respect des normes de qualité, la performance manufacturière et l'amélioration continue. Il veille à la gestion efficace des ressources humaines, matérielles et techniques pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS Gestion des opérations de production
- Assurer, avec les superviseurs, le respect des plans de production et l'efficacité de la main-d'œuvre.
- Suivre les systèmes de gestion de production (CVP, rapports de variances, tableaux de performance, etc.).
- Analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour identifier et implanter des opportunités d'amélioration.
- Maintenir des communications efficaces lors des rencontres opérationnelles (début de quart, transition, etc.).
- Garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements via la maintenance préventive et prédictive.
Gestion des ressources humaines
- Participer au recrutement, à la formation et au développement des compétences.
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux du plan de gestion de la contribution (PGC).
- Veiller au respect des politiques internes et appliquer des mesures disciplinaires si nécessaire.
- Mobiliser et motiver son équipe en favorisant un climat de travail sain et positif.
Amélioration continue et gestion des projets
- Accompagner les superviseurs dans la réalisation des projets d'amélioration continue.
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour optimiser la sécurité, la qualité et la productivité.
- Respecter les budgets liés à la production (main-d'œuvre, non-qualité, fournitures).
- Collaborer avec les départements internes (IDP, génie industriel, maintenance, qualité, etc.).
Santé, sécurité et relations de travail
- S'assurer du respect des règles de santé et sécurité au travail et intervenir au besoin.
- Maintenir un climat de travail harmonieux en respectant la convention collective.
- CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS6 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un milieu manufacturier.
- DEC ou BAC en génie industriel, gestion des opérations ou expérience équivalente.
- Connaissance des normes ISO, PVA et principes Kaizen.
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office.
- Solides compétences en gestion des ressources humaines et SST.
- Bilinguisme intermédiaire (français et anglais - communication avec de la clientèle anglophone).
- Leadership, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe.
