Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience in ITOM/FSM modules. The role is remote, and the position is contract-based.
Responsibilities include:
- Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow FSM module to meet business needs, including workflows, rules, and interfaces.
- Integrating FSM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
- Developing custom scripts and applications to enhance functionality and automate processes.
- Supporting FSM applications, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Testing configurations and scripts to ensure quality standards.
- Documenting configurations, scripts, and processes.
- Managing work orders, resources, skills, assets, and locations.
- Optimizing scheduling and dispatching of field service tasks.
- Empowering field agents with mobile app access for work orders, instructions, and safety checklists.
- Facilitating collaboration through mobile channels.
Qualifications: ITOM/FSM experience, CAD CSA certification preferred.
