MANDAT
Sous la supervision du directeur des ventes - Montréal, l' assistant.e aux ventes a pour principal mandat d'accueillir et de répondre, avec courtoisie, à la clientèle de notre bureau de Montréal (Anjou) en ce qui concerne les ventes et le support pour tous nos produits d'automatisation et contrôle.
PRINCIPALES TÂCHES
Accueillir et répondre à la clientèle et aux visiteurs à la réception de nos bureaux d'Anjou pendant les heures d'ouverture
Répondre au téléphone et gérer les appels selon les demandes
Offrir des conseils et des recommandations d'équipements et de fournitures appropriés selon les besoins
Réaliser les entrées de commandes et les suivis auprès de la clientèle
Produire des soumissions et la facturation
Gérer la réception et l'expédition des colis (courrier, pièces, etc.)
Établir un premier contact avec clients
Maintenir une relation durable avec la clientèle
Effectuer des tâches administratives connexes
FORMATION
Diplôme d'études professionnelles ou collégiales en génie électrique, en automatisation et instrumentation industrielle, en électronique, en électromécanique ou toute autre formation ou expérience jugée pertinente.
