Are you a strategic leader with a passion for sales and team development? We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive revenue growth, develop key customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering a results-driven environment.
- Fully on-site, located in Richmond Hill
- $90,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus
- Monday to Friday 8-5
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand market reach.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key customers.
- Oversee outbound sales efforts, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Maximize revenue by implementing effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Address escalated customer concerns and ensure seamless sales processes.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy & Negotiation:
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and negotiate contract terms to secure profitable deals.
- Guide the team in overcoming objections and presenting compelling solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales approaches.
Team Collaboration & Performance Reporting:
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and marketing teams to streamline order fulfillment.
- Set performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on sales trends.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency.
