Quel sera ton rôle ?
Sous la supervision du.de la gestionnaire de la production, tu seras le pilier du bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes. Ton travail contribuera directement à l'efficacité des lignes de tri, à la qualité des matières recyclées et à la mobilisation des équipes.
Ce que tu feras au quotidien ?
Ajuster et configurer les équipements selon les types de matières et les objectifs de performance
Superviser et appuyer les trieur.euse.s et opérateur.trice.s pour assurer une production fluide et sécuritaire
Analyser les performances, suivre les KPI et proposer des pistes d'amélioration
Assurer la qualité des produits finis et le respect des normes environnementales et de sécurité
Collaborer avec la production, la maintenance et le groupe de gestion dans un esprit d'équipe fort
Contribuer aux projets d'innovation localement et à l'implantation de solutions Lean ou d'amélioration continue
Le profil idéal possède:
Un DEP ou DEC en gestion des opérations, maintenance industrielle, génie mécanique, procédés industriels ou domaine connexe
2 à 5 ans d'expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
De l'aisance avec les systèmes informatisés de gestion de production
Un leadership naturel, de l'autonomie, et un fort esprit d'équipe
Une sensibilité à la SST, à la mission sociale et à la gestion durable des ressources
Ce qu'on te propose?
Un horaire : Temps plein - 40h/semaine (quart de jour) lundi au jeudi de 7h45 à 17h15 et le vendredi de 7h45 à 12h45
Une rémunération : Selon la politique interne et ton expérience de travail
6 jours de congé maladie (accumulables) et 2 jours de mieux-être par année (un congé mieux-être, c'est un congé payé pour faire ce que tu veux !)
12 jours fériés/an et des vacances selon les années d'expérience
RÉER avec généreuse cotisation de l'employeur (6 %)
Régime d'assurance collective solide et accès à la télémédecine (Dialogue)
