Voici à quoi ressemblerait votre quotidien dans notre équipe Le rôle principal et habituel de l'agent(e) de soutien administratif, classe II, consiste à effectuer une variété de travaux administratifs selon des méthodes et procédures établies.
Plus particulièrement, la personne titulaire de ce poste :
assure un service à la clientèle proactif au comptoir, au téléphone et par courriel selon l'approche établie (Octopus); fournit des renseignements afin d'orienter la clientèle par rapport aux permis de stationnement et à la façon de s'en prévaloir; saisit les données pour les nouveaux permis de stationnement; crée des bons de travail, des formulaires, des affichettes d'identifications des locaux ou autres documents nécessaires; reçoit et traite les paiements pour les amendes et permis; met à jour certains fichiers (listes d'employés, numéro de téléphone, etc.); fait l'inventaire et le classement des clés disponibles à la DRM; utilise des outils technologiques dans le cadre de son travail (notamment les logiciels de la suite Office 365 pour communiquer avec ses collègues et la clientèle, ainsi que pour produire des documents); complète des formulaires, des réquisitions ou des pièces justificatives simples; transmet des lettres types et des accusés de réception; effectue des recherches et fournit des renseignements relatifs à son secteur d'activités; prépare et compile des données statistiques; peut être appelé à aider pour les demandes d'ameublements et des visites d'entrepôts avec la clientèle; peut être appelé à guider les entrepreneurs sur les lieux de travail; au besoin, elle accomplit toute autre tâche connexe.

Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou un diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) avec option appropriée ou un diplôme ou une attestation d'études dont l'équivalence est reconnue.

Posséder de fortes habiletés relationnelles :
sens de l'accueil, souci du service à la clientèle, facilité à transmettre de l'information claire et précise; Faire preuve de rigueur; Posséder des aptitudes au travail de bureau; Avoir une bonne connaissance du français écrit; Posséder un niveau approprié d'habileté et d'expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils informatiques et plus spécifiquement de la suite Microsoft Office tel que Outlook, Word, Excel et Teams.
