Une entreprise locale en pleine transformation est à la recherche d'un(e) directeur(trice) stratégique pour l'accompagner dans une refonte complète de son modèle d'affaires .
Il s'agit d'une entreprise locale spécialisée dans un secteur réglementé en transformation, avec une ambition claire de repositionner son modèle pour être plus agile, durable et rentable.
Après une phase d'expérimentation de nouveaux produits, l'organisation souhaite repartir sur des bases solides en développant un concept boutique intelligent, duplicable et centré sur les besoins réels du marché .
Relevant directement du président, la personne recherchée agira comme bras droit dans cette démarche. Elle aura un mandat complet, alliant stratégie, validation terrain, structuration et mise en œuvre.
Responsabilités principales
- Concevoir et développer un nouveau concept boutique (expérience client, ambiance, offre, positionnement).
- Réaliser des études de marché , analyser la concurrence et tester des hypothèses sur le terrain.
- Définir le modèle d'affaires futur :
structure, rentabilité, canaux de distribution, partenariats. - Identifier, approcher et négocier avec de nouveaux fournisseurs .
- Établir un budget réaliste par phase et assurer le suivi financier.
- Superviser la mise en place d'une boutique pilote , puis construire la stratégie d'expansion.
- Travailler en lien direct avec le président , avec un haut niveau d'autonomie.
Profil recherché
- 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en gestion stratégique, transformation commerciale ou direction de PME .
- Expérience concrète en création ou repositionnement d'un concept ou d'un modèle d'affaires.
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial avec peu de balises.
- Excellent sens de l'initiative, autonomie, rigueur et orientation vers l'action.
- Compétences solides en gestion de projet, analyse stratégique et communication.
