Vous êtes étudiant(e) au niveau collégial ou universitaire et souhaitez acquérir une expérience concrète au sein d'un cabinet juridique d'envergure internationale ? Joignez-vous à notre équipe du bureau de Québec pour un poste étudiant stimulant, où rigueur, collaboration et professionnalisme sont au coeur de notre quotidien.
Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en offrant un soutien administratif de qualité et en contribuant au succès de nos mandats juridiques.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec l'équipe administrative et le directeur des opérations afin d'assurer une exécution rigoureuse et efficace des tâches qui vous seront confiées.
Responsabilités principales
- Assurer le remplacement à la réception pendant les pauses repas et les congés (accueil des clients, préparation des salles de conférence, prise d'appels téléphoniques, traitement du courrier, envois de colis, etc.).
- Trier les boîtes de dossiers en vue de les transmettre aux archives.
- Effectuer des vérifications de conflits (recherches au REQ et complétion des formulaires en vue d'une analyse des rapports par d'autres).
- Numériser les notes de rencontres et les verser aux dossiers.
- Photocopies et numérisations diverses.
- Participer aux étapes administratives liées à la collection de comptes (production des états de compte, mise sous enveloppe et envoi).
- Accomplir toute autre tâche de soutien administratif au besoin.
Compétences clés
- Avoir complété au moins 2 années d'études collégiales ou universitaire.
- Expérience concrète en bureautique et connaissance des logiciels de la suite Office (Maître, IManage est un atout).
- Excellentes capacités de communication, bilingue en français et en anglais
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et sens aigu du service.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, à s'adapter aux changements et à respecter les échéances.
- Autonomie, organisation et gestion efficace des priorités.
