Responsabilités principales :
- Évaluer, planifier et estimer les étapes, les délais et les coûts nécessaires à la réalisation de projets.
- Assurer la coordination des travaux en collaboration avec les équipes sur le terrain, en veillant à la disponibilité des ressources essentielles à l'exécution des mandats.
- Suivre les budgets en cours de chantier et actualiser régulièrement les prévisions financières, en identifiant les écarts (économies ou dépassements).
- Mettre à jour le budget en fonction de l'évolution des travaux et des bons de commande émis.
- Détecter les enjeux pouvant affecter la rentabilité, l'échéancier ou le bon déroulement des projets, et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives.
- Gérer l'obtention des autorisations, permis et licences requis auprès des instances réglementaires.
- Rédiger et négocier les contrats avec divers intervenants, incluant les sous-traitants, professionnels, architectes, clients et fournisseurs.
- Effectuer des visites de chantier fréquentes afin de bien saisir les enjeux opérationnels et d'intervenir au besoin.
- Agir à titre de spécialiste en gestion de risques, afin de réduire les risques liés aux projets.
- Encadrer et superviser les membres de l'équipe projet qui sont affectés aux mandats en cours.
- Maintenir une communication fluide et assurer un soutien aux différentes équipes internes.
- Promouvoir et faire respecter les normes de santé et sécurité sur les chantiers, en collaboration avec les responsables SST.
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe liée à la gestion de projets.
Compétences et qualifications recherchées :
Formation / Expérience / Certifications :
- Diplôme universitaire en génie civil, en construction ou formation technique équivalente, combiné à une expérience significative dans un rôle de gestion de projets.
- Minimum de 5 à 7 années d'expérience pertinente, dont au moins 3 ans spécifiquement en gestion de projets de construction multirésidentielle (bâtiments à logements, copropriétés, immeubles à logements locatifs, etc.).
- Expérience avérée dans toutes les phases de projets multirésidentiels, de la planification à la livraison finale.
- Certifications professionnelles reconnues (ex. : LEED, CSO, PMP) considérées comme un atout.
- Membre d'un ordre professionnel (ex. : OIQ) considéré comme un atout.
Connaissances techniques :
- Maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment la Suite Microsoft Office.
Compétences personnelles et aptitudes :
- Permis de conduire valide.
- Excellente compréhension des processus de construction, des matériaux et des méthodes de gestion de projet.
- Bonne connaissance des lois et normes applicables en construction.
- Capacité à mobiliser une équipe autour d'objectifs communs.
- Aptitude à déléguer avec efficacité et à assurer un suivi rigoureux.
- Esprit d'analyse et sang-froid dans les situations complexes.
- Organisation, autonomie et sens élevé des responsabilités.
- Rigueur, souci du détail et recherche de l'excellence.
- Gestion efficace du temps et des priorités.
- Compétences avancées en communication, négociation et persuasion.
