Rôle et responsabilités :
- Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et la satisfaction du client;
- Gérer l'équipe, assurer la formation des employé(e)s et leur motivation au travail;
- S'assurer que l'équipe ait toutes les ressources nécessaires pour effectuer son travail et que les tâches
- soient claires et spécifiques;
- Effectuer l'ouverture et la fermeture des sites;
- Conduire et entretenir les véhicules, au besoin;
- Effectuer l'entretien des outils et autres équipements mécaniques;
- Procéder au chargement et au déchargement des camions et remorques;
- Rédiger et soumettre des rapports diverses, au besoin;
- Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe.
