Sous la responsabilité du Chef - Exploitation, cette personne assure la coordination de l'ensemble des actions sur le réseau d'autobus de la couronne sud et nord conformément à la mission et aux valeurs organisationnelles d'exo. La qualité de la prestation du service est visée tout comme la surveillance adéquate du réseau autobus d'exo. Elle aura la responsabilité de s'assurer de la surveillance et de la qualité de service de l'ensemble du réseau d'autobus et d'assurer le lien avec les différents intervenants. Elle travaille, entre autres, en étroite collaboration avec les transporteurs, l'équipe exploitation autobus, le centre de contrôle train et le centre sûreté et mesures d'urgence.
Responsabilités principales Communiquer régulièrement avec les différents services de travaux publics des municipalités et les partenaires externes ;
Évaluer les impacts des travaux routiers sur le réseau, prévoir des trajets de détour, et communiquer ses décisions aux transporteurs et son équipe autobus ;
Gérer la supervision des déplacements en temps réel du service d'autobus et les flux d'information clientèle ;
Recueillir et partager les informations avec les transporteurs ;
Soutenir le service à la clientèle dans l'analyse des justificatifs pour les plaintes des clients ;
S'assurer de l'application des plans établis : plan de communication, plan d'intervention en cas d'interruption de service, plan hivernal ;
Assurer la communication et la coordination de certaines activités avec les partenaires internes en informant le service à la clientèle ;
Recevoir et répondre aux appels problématiques ou d'urgence en dehors des heures de travail en rotation avec d'autres collègues de travail au besoin.

Exigences normales du poste Scolarité
Expérience
Minimum de 5 années d'expérience pertinente ;
Une connaissance des enjeux et particularités de la région de la couronne sud et nord, constitue un atout.
Compétences et aptitudes
Entretenir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles et avoir une bonne approche client ;
Faire preuve d'une bonne capacité à travailler sous pression ;
Démontrer de fortes aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe;
Posséder une bonne capacité en communication ;
Faire preuve de débrouillardise, d'autonomie, de jugement et de créativité dans la recherche de solution ;
Maitriser la suite Microsoft Office et Service Now (ESM) ;
Bonne maîtrise de français tant à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Conditions de travail Période d'emploi et horaire
Emploi régulier à temps plein, soit 37.5 heures par semaine
L'horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi de 15h00 à 23h00 (en mode présentiel ). L'horaire peut être appelé à évoluer selon les besoins opérationnels et peut être ajusté occasionnellement pendant les perturbations de service.
