DESCRIPTION

Minogue Medical is seeking a highly motivated Bariatric Surgery Sales Specialist who will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales.
The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, while developing and growing the current portfolio of medical devices and healthcare equipment in Quebec, specializing in Bariatric Surgery devices.
The Specialist will be recognized as an expert in their field and have a deep understanding of innovative medical devices and cutting-edge healthcare technologies.

KEY OBJECTIVES

  1. Expand the Quebec portfolio through strategic business development.
  2. Strengthen existing partnerships and forge new relationships with key clinical and healthcare institutions.
  3. Achieve sales targets and establish Minogue Medical as a leader in the healthcare sector.

Collaboration with Head Office Teams

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams at Minogue Medical's head office to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the Marketing team to shape future product development and promotional activities.
  • Work with the Business Development team to identify new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives, enhancing the company's market presence in Quebec.
  • Participate in joint initiatives that drive brand awareness and product adoption in key healthcare sectors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Role

  • Build strong, enduring relationships with key clinical partners across the bariatric surgery fields and training institutions.
  • Lead territory business development to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive transformative sales strategies for Minogue Medical's products across a diverse customer base.
  • Present new products and accessories through a combination of education, sales, and training initiatives.
  • Continuously develop and maintain relationships that enhance current business networks and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and develop new clients, expanding Minogue Medical's footprint in the Quebec healthcare market.
  • Develop and execute a robust business plan to surpass sales and service objectives in all healthcare institutions within the province.
  • Lead contract negotiations to close sales deals with a focus on profitability.
  • Stay ahead of competitor activities and maintain thorough knowledge of competitor products.

Education Role

  • Build relationships with clinical partners to increase the adoption and awareness of Minogue Medical's innovative products.
  • Educate healthcare professionals through compelling presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Provide hands-on clinical and technical support for surgeons and operating room staff during product implementations.
  • Offer tailored training sessions to physicians and hospital staff, ensuring the successful use and integration of Minogue products.
  • Collaborate on strategies to enhance brand awareness and position Minogue Medical as a trusted leader in the medical device industry.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in biology, health sciences, business or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven success in healthcare industry sales, ideally in medical devices or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of bariatric surgery devices and protocols, with hands-on experience in a clinical setting being a valuable asset.
  • Skilled in territory business development with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within Quebec to meet the demands of the role.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and efficiently manage time.
  • Professional, solution-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    ).
  • Previous clinical experience in a surgical or healthcare setting is highly desirable.

DESCRIPTION

Minogue Medical est à la recherche d'un Spécialiste des Ventes en Chirurgie Bariatrique très motivé qui relèvera directement du Vice-Président des Ventes.
Le titulaire du poste sera responsable d'établir et de maintenir de solides relations avec les clients, tout en développant et en faisant croître le portefeuille actuel d'appareils médicaux et d'équipements de soins de santé au Québec, en se spécialisant dans les appareils de chirurgie bariatrique.
Le spécialiste sera reconnu comme un expert dans son domaine et aura une connaissance approfondie des dispositifs médicaux novateurs et des technologies de pointe en matière de soins de santé.

OBJECTIFS CLÉS

  1. Développer le portefeuille de clients du Québec par le biais d'un développement stratégique des affaires.
  2. Renforcer les partenariats existants et établir de nouvelles relations avec les principales institutions cliniques et de soins de santé.
  3. Atteindre les objectifs de vente et faire de Minogue Médical un chef de file dans le secteur des soins de santé.

Collaboration avec les Équipes du Siège Social

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de marketing et de développement commercial du siège social de Minogue Medical afin d'assurer l'alignement des stratégies de vente sur les objectifs plus larges de l'entreprise.
  • Fournir à l'équipe marketing des informations et des commentaires sur le marché afin d'orienter le développement futur des produits et les activités promotionnelles.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe de développement des affaires pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et des initiatives stratégiques, afin d'améliorer la présence de l'entreprise sur le marché québécois.
  • Participer à des initiatives conjointes qui favorisent la notoriété de la marque et l'adoption des produits dans les secteurs clés des soins de santé.
