Votre quotidien avec nous :
Soutenir les processus de recrutement : affichage de postes, tri des candidatures, coordination des entrevues, appel téléphonique, références etc.
Gérer et mettre à jour les dossiers des employés dans les systèmes RH.
Préparer divers documents RH (contrats, lettres, attestations d'emploi, rapport, etc.).
Répondre aux questions des employés en lien avec les politiques et procédures RH.
Collaborer avec la technicienne comptable en lui fournissant les données nécessaires au traitement de la paie.
Assurer les suivis pour les cadeaux de reconnaissance et d'accueil destinés aux employés.
Participer à l'organisation et à la mise en place d'activités et d'événements sociaux visant à favoriser l'engagement et le bien-être des employés.
Gérer administrativement les dossiers de CNESST, invalidité, loi 90 etc.
Participer à des projets spéciaux liés aux ressources humaines.
Collaborer aux activités liées au recrutement international.
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
On veut absolument vous connaitre si vous :
Possédez un diplôme collégial en ressources humaines ou tout autre domaine connexe;
2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook) et des systèmes RH.
Connaissance des outils de recrutement, un atout.
Bonne connaissance des lois et normes du travail applicables, un atout.
Être à l'aise de communiquer anglais (atout)
