Notre client, entreprise stable et bien établie est à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) de projet expérimenté(e) pour diriger des projets d'envergure dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables. La personne sélectionnée jouera un rôle central dans la planification, l'exécution et la livraison de projets, tout en veillant au respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des normes de qualité établies.
Relevant du directeur de projet, elle assurera la gestion complète des différentes étapes de réalisation, incluant la santé et sécurité, la planification, le contrôle de la qualité, la gestion des coûts, la relation client et la coordination avec les sous-traitants.
Responsabilités
Leadership et représentation
- Agir à titre de représentant(e) de l'entreprise sur le chantier.
- Encadrer l'équipe de projet et superviser l'avancement des travaux.
Planification et coordination
- Structurer les activités du projet, établir le calendrier principal et assurer le suivi de son exécution.
- Procéder à l'estimation des coûts, à l'attribution des contrats et au suivi budgétaire.
- Définir les méthodes de travail conjointement avec les surintendants et les chefs de chantier.
- Négocier et valider, avec la direction, la sélection des principaux sous-traitants.
- Assurer la gestion des achats et des fournitures nécessaires à la réalisation des projets.
- Organiser les rencontres de chantier et participer aux réunions avec les clients, en assurant la circulation efficace de l'information.
Communication et coordination interne
- Préparer et animer les réunions d'équipe afin de garantir une coordination optimale entre les différents intervenants, incluant les sous-traitants.
Suivi administratif et technique
- Assurer le suivi des aspects administratifs liés aux coûts, à la productivité, aux imprévus et aux contrats.
- Effectuer les suivis techniques liés aux fiches techniques, aux inspections et autres exigences réglementaires.
- Gérer les avis de changement : de l'estimation jusqu'à la mise à jour des contrats.
- Collaborer avec les départements des comptes à payer et recevables pour assurer le suivi des paiements.
- Autoriser les paiements aux fournisseurs et aux sous-traitants.
- Coordonner les inspections préliminaires et les vérifications préopérationnelles en collaboration avec les surintendants.
- Finaliser la livraison des projets et obtenir l'acceptation officielle du client.
- Présenter les indicateurs de performance à la direction.
À propos de vous
Formation et expérience
- Baccalauréat en génie civil, mécanique, électrique ou en génie de la construction.
- Être membre en règle d'un ordre professionnel d'ingénieurs.
- Posséder de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction majeurs, idéalement dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables (expérience en projets éoliens souhaitée).
Compétences techniques et personnelles
- Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication en français ; l'anglais est un atout.
- Disponibilité à se déplacer fréquemment sur les chantiers partout au Québec.
- Détenir un permis de conduire valide.
- Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et leadership marqué.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Excellente gestion des priorités et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes de façon proactive.
- Grande rigueur administrative et sens de l'organisation.
