Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur général. Votre mandat principal sera de veiller au bon fonctionnement du bureau et d'offrir un soutien polyvalent aux services de la paie, de la comptabilité, des opérations, ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle.
Ce poste offre également une flexibilité d'horaire : il est possible de travailler entre 35 et 40 heures par semaine, selon les besoins d'affaires.
Plus concrètement, vous serez appelé(e) à :
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les acheminer aux bonnes personnes
Recevoir, trier, traiter et distribuer le courrier et les colis
Numériser, classer et archiver les documents
Assurer le suivi de l'inventaire des fournitures de bureau et d'usine
Coordonner les réunions, les comités de gestion et les événements sociaux
Effectuer diverses tâches administratives pour soutenir les opérations
Préparer, ouvrir et fermer les bons de production
Traiter les commandes clients et préparer les documents d'expédition
Contribuer à la préparation de la paie (compiler les feuilles de temps, valider les heures de travail, calculer le kilométrage et vérifier les dépenses)
Appuyer le service de comptabilité, incluant la saisie de données (dépôts, préparation de la facturation, réception de marchandises dans le système, analyses ad hoc, etc.)
Assurer le suivi des comptes clients en collaboration avec le directeur général
Participer à la prise d'inventaire
Collaborer à la mise à jour de la liste de prix
COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS
Détenir un diplôme d'études professionnelles en secrétariat ou en comptabilité
Posséder une expérience pertinente dans un domaine connexe
Maîtriser la suite Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Faire preuve d'un grand souci de la satisfaction client
Être reconnu(e) pour son sens des priorités, sa rigueur et son esprit d'équipe
Être organisé(e), autonome et démontrer un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
Avoir une excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
La connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout
