Best Buy Medical's solid foundation starts with our diverse and talented teams. As a key member of our national revenue team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales - Retail, you will play a key role in scaling product adoption, building customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives through proactive remote engagement with Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts, reengagement of low-frequency, and lead qualification efforts.
The Inside Sales Representative supports the growth of new and existing business in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec & the Atlantic Provinces) by executing targeted outbound campaigns, managing inbound inquiries, and coordinating with field sales representatives (Territory Managers).
This position is remote, however preference will be given to candidates in Eastern Canada.
Account Engagement
Proactively manage and grow Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts using regular call/email cadences and by identifying upsell opportunities.
• Qualify new inbound leads and initiate outreach low-frequency accounts, ensuring high-potential opportunities are handed off to Territory Managers as needed.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns by booking demos, sending educational content, and following up on trials.
• CRM & Data Management
Maintain up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM to ensure visibility and sales alignment.
• Collaboration with Field Sales
Coordinate with Territory Managers for appointment setting, account hand-offs, and shared opportunities in high-growth accounts.
Bilingual (English & French)
• 2-3+ years experience in Inside Sales or related role
• Analytical and strategic approach to sales conversations
• Organized and disciplined in CRM and task management
• Comfortable using digital sales tools and platforms
