Nous recherchons un expert chevronné en gestion des identités et des accès (GIA/IAM) pour soutenir, optimiser et faire évoluer des infrastructures critiques. Votre expertise technique et votre compréhension des enjeux de cybersécurité feront de vous un acteur clé dans l'atteinte de notre vision de sécurité intégrée.

Responsabilités :

  • Concevoir, valider, intégrer, administrer et améliorer des infrastructures en transformation constante;
  • Agir à titre de spécialiste GIA, en tenant compte du cycle de vie des identités et des mécanismes de sécurisation des accès;
  • Faire évoluer les environnements Active Directory et Entra ID, en s'appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques de sécurité (Zero Trust, contrôle d'accès conditionnel, etc.);
  • Participer à l'analyse des vulnérabilités, à l'optimisation des services et au respect des standards d'intégration;
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour assurer la cohérence, la fiabilité et la gouvernance des actifs TI.

Profil recherché :

  • Excellent sens de la collaboration, leadership mobilisateur et orientation client;
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement aux priorités changeantes;
  • Habileté à anticiper les enjeux opérationnels et à contribuer à des solutions durables;
  • Bonne connaissance des pratiques de gouvernance et de sécurité des infrastructures TI.

Compétences techniques essentielles :

  • Expérience significative avec Active Directory, Entra ID, et leurs services connexes (Entra Connect, Conditional Access, PIM, ADFS);
  • Connaissance des intégrations avec Okta (un atout);
  • Expérience avec les approches Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
  • Solide compréhension des environnements multi-cloud et hybrides (Azure, AWS, etc.);
  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
  • Certifications Microsoft Azure ou AWS fortement souhaitées.
