Ce que vous ferez
- Assurer le support technique après-vente aux entrepreneurs spécialisés en CVAC
- Fournir un support technique aux ventes internes et externes pour les différentes lignes de produits distribués ainsi que celles déjà distribués
- Support technique au démarrage
- Fournir un soutien approfondi et des résolutions de problèmes aux entrepreneurs
- Gestion des situations difficiles
- Établir et maintenir des relations fructueuses avec les fabricants, les concessionnaires, et les entrepreneurs
- Former les ventes internes et externes, les concessionnaires et les sous-traitants sur la distribution des différentes gammes de produits CVAC
- Adresser et travailler avec les divers fabricants, ingénieurs. TSM et autres sur certaines problématiques afin de bien supporter l'équipe des ventes ainsi que les entrepreneurs spécialisés
- Déplacements occasionnels selon le territoire attribué sur les installations et mises en marches lorsque requis afin de bien supporter nos entrepreneurs et concessionnaires
- Assurer un suivi et une gestion des demandes exceptionnelles de remplacement auprès des divers fabricants selon le territoire attribué
- Travailler avec l'équipe des ventes et veiller au bon développement du segment
- Supporter les estimateurs et les chargées de projets ainsi que l'équipe des soumissions pour toutes questions d'ordre technique
- Toute autres tâches connexes
Ce que vous apporterez
- Un minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans un environnement de distribution
- DEC en mécanique du bâtiment (un atout)
- Connaissance du fonctionnement du BSDQ
- Suite Microsoft Office
- Capacité à fournir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle
- Entregent et excellente compétence en matière de service à la clientèle
- Le bilinguisme écrit et oral est nécessaire pour communiquer avec les associés et les clients de l'entreprise
