Votre rôle :
En tant qu'ingénieur mécanique, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et la fabrication d'équipements tels que des échangeurs de chaleur tubulaire, échangeurs de chaleur à calandre/plaques et de réservoirs sous pression conforme aux normes de fabrication. Vous serez le garant de la conformité avec les normes de fabrication et les exigences des clients, tout en travaillant de concert avec les départements des achats, de la qualité, et de la production pour assurer un niveau d'excellence.
Responsabilités principales :
- Concevoir des équipements conformes aux normes ASME Section VIII, CSA B51 et B52 à l'aide du logiciel Compress de Codeware .
- Vérifier et approuver les dessins de fabrication en conformité avec les normes et devis des clients.
- Obtenir les enregistrements canadiens des produits (CRN).
- Élaborer et mettre en place des procédures de soudage selon l'ASME Section IX.
- Fournir un soutien technique au département d'achats pour garantir la conformité des produits.
- Fournir un soutien technique au département de la qualité pour la production des documents de conformité et déclarations du manufacturier.
- Participer aux audits des organismes réglementaires (ASME, RBQ) et des clients.
- Former et encadrer un candidat à la profession d'ingénieur.
Responsabilités supplémentaires :
- Assister techniquement la production lors de la fabrication.
- Collaborer à la préparation des soumissions.
- Assister les représentants lors des soumissions, négociations de contrats, et service après-vente.
- Assister techniquement la conception de la tuyauterie selon ASME B31.1 et B31.3 des assemblages fabriqués à l'usine
- Travailler sur la standardisation et l'optimisation des processus de fabrication.
- Participer aux projets de recherche et développement.
Exigences :
- Membre en règle de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
- Membre en règle de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs de l'Ontario (un atout).
- Expérience pertinente dans la conception et la fabrication d'appareils sous pression.
- Connaissance approfondie des normes de fabrication ASME Section II, V, VIII et IX ainsi que CSA B51 et B52
- Maîtrise du logiciel Compress de Codeware
- Connaissance des normes ASME B31.1 et B31.3.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais (écrit et oral).
• Poste présentiel basé à Laval, avec un horaire de 8h30 à 17h00 du lundi au jeudi, et de 8h30 à 16h00 le vendredi, incluant une heure de dîner par jour.
