Annual Salary: $90,000 -$130,000 depending on experience
Office/Remote: In-Office.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of PCD Imports and help drive our continued growth. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence, working closely with the ownership team and leading a high-performing cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and manage direct reports across Sales, Product, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Warehousing
- Collaborate with ownership to align daily operations with long-term strategy
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across teams
- Support succession planning by identifying and developing future leaders
Operations & Process Improvement
- Oversee daily operations, budgets, and resource planning
- Drive standardization and documentation of processes across the organization
- Monitor and optimize supply chain, logistics, and warehouse performance
- Lead special projects and business initiatives aligned with strategic goals
Sales & Customer Success
- Direct the sales team in new client acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies
- Advance our customer service approach to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Resolve escalated service issues and implement preventative solutions
Finance & Performance
- Manage capital and operating budgets; deliver financial performance reports
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
- Leverage data to inform business decisions and improve organizational efficiency
Compliance & Safety
- Promote a culture of food safety and workplace safety
- Ensure compliance with food distribution regulations and third-party audits
- Oversee fleet and equipment safety, maintenance, and vendor relationships
What You Bring
- Undergraduate degree with a focus on business or commerce. M. B. A. preferred.
- 10 years of experience leading and managing teams in an entrepreneurial setting
- 7-10 years of experience in food distribution, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerBI & the MS Office suite; familiarity with ERP systems a plus
- Experienced using analytics to inform decisions across operations, finance, and customer experience
- Advanced data analysis skills; able to translate complex datasets into strategic actions
- Experience in change management and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
