Nous sommes présentement en période de recrutement afin de combler un poste deCoordonnateur Réception & Expédition pour notre centre à Bromont

Le candidat idéal est quelqu'un d'orienté vers les détails et qui s'efforce d'assurer que les engagements envers les clients soient respectés.

Vos journées ressembleront à :

  • S'assurer que les documents d'expéditions soient exacts;
  • S'assurer que les documents opérationnels soient dûment remplis;
  • Préparation des bons de connaissements;
  • Transmission de documents aux clients selon les besoins;
  • Enregistrement des chauffeurs selon les règles établis par la compagnie;
  • Effectuer les rapports requis;
  • Créer et modifier les données sur chaque profil des transporteurs;
  • Responsable de la maximisation de la gestion des portes de chargement - déchargement;
  • Communication accrue avec les chefs d'équipe et le service à la clientèle;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes pouvant être requises;

Horaire:De FIN DE SEMAINE - du vendredi au dimanche, de 17h00 à 22h00.

Ce que nous cherchons:

  • Entre 1 et 2 années d'expérience dans le domaine du transport, logistique ou entrepôt
  • Expérience avec AS/400 (atout)
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe
  • Capacité à prendre des initiatives
  • Capacité à être flexible et s'ajuster à des priorités de travail changeantes
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression
  • Communication en francais & en anglais
  • Avoir une attitude positive et déterminée
  • Position liée à CT-PAT; n'avoir aucun empêchement en lien avec l'emploi.
  • Anglais de baseessentiel
