Position Overview:
The Operational Excellence Department aims to improve organizational efficiencies, resulting in improved working methods.
The OE team consists of three teams:
Data Enablement, Process Evolution, and Project Management, whose combined expertise enables us to create value for the organization.
This role will report to the Data Enablement Team.
This is a one-year fixed-term position.
While the initial term is for one year, there may be potential for extension or transition into a permanent full-time opportunity based on business needs and individual performance.
Your primary focus will be to support the Data Enablement team by creating and maintaining Power BI reports, writing detailed documentation, and assisting with data analysis tasks.
Your success will be measured through the accuracy and effectiveness of the reports created.
We are seeking an individual who is proficient in data analysis, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys engaging directly with stakeholders to foster trust and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Power BI reports to support various departments Write detailed documentation for reports and data analysis processes Assist with data analysis tasks and collaborate with the Data Analytics Lead Conduct workshops and facilitate sessions related to requirements gathering and report creation Foster collaboration between various departments to optimize report usage and improve operational efficiency Qualifications and Requirements:
Required:
Proficient with Power BI and O365, including Teams, Planner, and Share Point Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable.
Able to work in ambiguous situations Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related fields Experience with Business Intelligence software, like Tableau or Power BI Desirable:
Experience with Dynamics 365/F&O, Connect Wise, and Service Now is an asset.
