As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing partner accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner account management matters.
Identify growth opportunities within current partner accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing existing partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner needs, ensuring timely and successful delivery of marketing solutions.
Strategic Account Management
Develop and execute partner growth strategies in collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations for future growth.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and share key updates with partners.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal, to ensure seamless partner on-boarding, compliance, and program execution.
Provide input for marketing initiatives that align with partner objectives, helping to grow account value and improve program performance.
Contract Management & Reporting
Ensure contracts are fully executed in accordance with agreements, negotiating renewals and amendments where necessary to meet both partner and company goals.
Forecast and report on key account metrics, tracking partner growth and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Update CRM data daily to ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting.
Relationship Building:
Ability to foster strong, long-term relationships with key partners, focusing on mutual growth and success.
Strategic Growth:
Skilled in identifying and implementing strategies to drive incremental revenue from existing accounts.
Creative and resourceful in resolving partner issues and challenges.
Data-Driven:
Ability to track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
6-8 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or business development, with a focus on nurturing existing relationships.
~ Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
~ Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term growth.
~ Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly Excel).
~ Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships concurrently.
~ BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
