Responsibilities
- Work with customers to create solutions to support customer's business goals around salesforce
- Calls with customers to understand their business and recommend best practices and solution options
- Manage customer deliverables and coordinate deployment of resources
- Provide customer training as required and configure Salesforce
- Work with your architect/mentor on your 90 day ramp enablement
- Commitment to continual development of your skills through guided and self directed learning
- Quarterly requirement to be physically present in Toronto Office
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of consulting experience
- 3-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration experience
- Experience implementing customers
- Salesforce certifications
