LE RÔLE
Relevant du directeur régional des ventes, le/la coordonnateur(trice) régional(e) des ventes est chargé(e) de soutenir les initiatives régionales de vente et de marketing pour un portefeuille d'hôtels donné, responsable de la mise en œuvre réussie des initiatives spécifiques à chaque établissement, dirige l'élaboration de stratégies et répond aux besoins quotidiens des clients.
Le/La coordonnateur(trice) régional(e) des ventes est le premier point de contact pour les informations clients.
Son rôle comprend la prospection, la qualification des comptes et les tâches administratives, en soutien du directeur/de la directrice régionale des ventes.
FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Les tâches et responsabilités du coordonnateur des ventes (région du Québec) comprennent, sans toutefois s'y limiter, les suivantes :
- Assure le suivi des objectifs et des cibles de production régionale pour le directeur régional des ventes.
- Entretient des relations solides avec tous les comptes et assurer la liaison unique entre ces comptes et les hôtels.
S'appuyer sur les relations existantes tout en prospectant de nouveaux clients potentiels. - Prépare les devis et négocie les tarifs dans les paramètres établis; prépare les contrats, les accords et surveille la production sur tous les comptes régionaux.
- Gère et met à jour les stratégies tarifaires régionales pour tous les grands comptes, les négociations locales et l'équipage.
Communique ces plans aux hôtels. - Aide à garantir la pleine participation aux programmes de vente et de marketing dirigés par l'entreprise;
- Processus d'appel d'offres et soumissions, élaboration de dossiers d'affaires.
- Maintient un système de suivi et de suivi efficace pour la base de données des comptes clés/prospects clés et surveille l'exactitude.
- Participe aux initiatives commerciales nationales et régionales, aux salons professionnels et aux initiatives marketing régionales.
Une participation ponctuelle peut être requise. - Maintient et prospecte les données de surveillance de la concurrence.
- Coordonne et effectue des examens périodiques des prix concurrentiels.
- Aide à la maintenance du système de base de données des ventes (CRM).
- Aide à la coordination des activités de vente et de marketing selon les directives du vice-président, Ventes et marketing.
- Répond et gère toutes les demandes de renseignements et d'affaires requises par le directeur régional des ventes.
- Accomplit d'autres tâches et projets, selon les besoins.
Exigences académiques/scolaires:
- Un diplôme d'un programme d'hôtellerie est préférable.
Exigences en matière de connaissances, d'expérience et de compétences:
- Au moins deux (2) ans d'expérience en vente.
- Maîtrise de la suite MS (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Maîtrise d'Illustrator et de Canva, un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale; excellentes compétences administratives et en gestion du temps.
- Motivation et rigueur professionnelles élevées; souci du détail, capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes avérées.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en multitâche; capacité à hiérarchiser et à exécuter efficacement des tâches séquentielles dans un environnement de travail à forte charge.
- Excellent sens du service client.
- Expérience de travail en équipe et en environnement collaboratif.
