Position: Qlik Sense Admin and Work Model
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)
Job Summary:
The Qlik sense Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic insights and decision-making. With a focus on Qlik Sense Admin and Work Model, the candidate will ensure seamless integration and analysis of data.
This role requires a deep understanding of qlik technologies and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the integration of data into the companys analytics platform to enhance decision-making processes.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of Qlik Sense to ensure efficient data processing and visualization.
- Provide expert guidance on data analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain data models to support various analytical needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.
- Design and deliver training sessions to enhance team members proficiency in qlik technologies.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in analytics to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Facilitate the creation of interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights.
- Support the development of data-driven strategies that leverage information to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Implement best practices for data management and security to protect sensitive information.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the companys capabilities.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Qlik Sense Admin and data analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing and managing data models.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing solutions in a business environment.
- Show expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.
- Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
