The Opportunity
We're seeking a Marketing Director who can own our full-stack marketing strategy - spanning demand generation, content, performance marketing, automation, and brand voice. You'll operate as a strategic individual contributor powered by modern AI marketing tools that will help multiply your impact.

What You'll Own
- Build and lead ClinicLine's marketing engine - from zero to one and then scale it.
- Design and execute campaigns across channels:
content, SEO, paid media, email, webinars, and social. - Deploy and experiment with AI tools (e. g. Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Copy. ai, HubSpot AI) to maximize output and drive results faster.
- Develop a unified content strategy across formats (blogs, guides, case studies, landing pages).
- Take ownership of marketing automation, analytics, and attribution - measure what matters.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy and messaging.
- Build marketing playbooks for clinic acquisition and market expansion in Canada.
What You Bring
- 5 years in content or digital marketing roles with full-funnel ownership.
- Proven experience using AI-driven tools to accelerate content production and campaign deployment.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and growth experiments.
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into compelling messaging.
- Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, GA4, WordPress, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and CRMs.
- Strong analytical skills and a bias toward rapid testing and iteration.
- High autonomy, resourcefulness, and ability to 'figure it out' without handholding.
