Our Benefits Consultants are responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients. - Your primary accountability will be to develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on small to mid-size companies with high revenue.
- Participating in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
- Developing a pipeline of business opportunities that are an appropriate mix of new clients and account expansion.
- Introducing Gallagher's full-service offering to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships assisting, educating and mentoring other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements.
- Constantly stay ahead of industry, market and legislative trends that impact health & welfare plan design, delivery and compliance.
- Reciprocally develop proposals that are fiscally sound, reflect an appropriate investment in the client, and demonstrate the overall capabilities of Gallagher.
- Establishing and maintaining inter division/intercompany relationships consistent with our workplace culture.
You will be successful if you possess:
- Significant consultative B2B sales experience.
- Have developed new business as well as maintained an existing customer base.
- Experience in the Benefits Administration and Consulting industry is ideal.
