Nous recherchons un Analyste des systèmes d'affaires - Gestion des risques liés aux fournisseurs très analytique et méthodique pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce rôle consistera à évaluer, surveiller et améliorer les processus et les systèmes de gestion des risques liés aux fournisseurs (GRF). L'analyste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les intervenants des domaines du risque, de la conformité, de la sécurité, des approvisionnements et des affaires afin d'assurer une évaluation et une atténuation efficaces des risques associés aux fournisseurs et partenaires
Principales responsabilités
Client & Soutien technique
- Soutien technique aux clients OneTrust, en répondant à leurs questions et en résolvant leurs difficultés techniques par divers canaux de communication, notamment par téléphone, courriel et clavardage.
- Élaborer et tenir à jour des articles et de la documentation détaillés pour la base de connaissances, contribuant à l'amélioration continue de nos ressources de soutien et permettant aux clients de se servir eux-mêmes.
Gestion des risques liés aux fournisseurs (GRF)
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des cadres, des politiques et des procédures de la gestion des risques liés aux fournisseurs.
- Développer et maintenir les modèles et évaluations de notation des risques fournisseurs en fonction des exigences réglementaires et commerciales.
Analyse d'affaires et de systèmes
- Recueillir et documenter les exigences d'affaires pour les solutions technologiques et les améliorations de processus GRF.
- Analyser les flux de travaux GRF existants, identifier les inefficacités et proposer des améliorations.
- Prendre en charge l'intégration des données entre les systèmes GRF et les autres applications d'entreprise
- Maintenir une compréhension approfondie des produits et services OneTrust, en se tenant au courant des dernières mises à jour, fonctionnalités et capacités grâce à un apprentissage et une formation continus.
Collaboration et communication avec les parties prenantes
- Assurer la liaison entre les unités d'affaires, les équipes Approvisionnement et Sûreté, et les fournisseurs afin d'assurer des pratiques efficaces de gestion des risques.
- Organiser des programmes de formation et de sensibilisation à l'intention des parties prenantes internes sur les politiques et les meilleures pratiques en matière de GRF.
Qualifications essentielles
- Baccalauréat en commerce, en systèmes d'information, en gestion des risques ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3+ années d'expérience en analyse d'affaires, en gestion des risques, fournisseurs ou en conformité.
- Expérience avec des outils et systèmes de gestion des risques (p. ex. , RSA Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust, ou similaires).
- Solides compétences en analyse, résolution de problèmes et analyse de données.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des intervenants.
- Maîtrise d'Excel, de Power BI ou d'autres outils de reporting.
Qualifications souhaitées
- Connaissance de l'automatisation, de l'IA ou de l'apprentissage automatique en gestion des risques
