- Monday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Tuesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions, and creating value for the proposed treatment.
- Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions, and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance.
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty.
About You:
- Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and the ability to educate patients are required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Detail oriented.
