Sommaire de l'emploi:
Fournir un service très adapté, précis et rapide, et rendre des décisions concernant des demandes de renseignements relatives aux comptes ayant été reçues de diverses sources, notamment le téléphone, la poste et les rapports, pour tous les employeurs.
Évaluer, expliquer et résoudre les demandes sur les comptes, et apporter les changements nécessaires aux comptes au fur et à mesure que les entreprises évoluent.
Tâches et responsabilités majeures
- Gérer, rendre et communiquer des décisions liées aux comptes des employeurs, notamment en ce qui a trait aux questions suivantes :
- la détermination des obligations relatives à la protection lors de l'inscription et du classement des employeurs;
- la gestion de la tenue des comptes;
- la détermination, le traitement et la validation des gains assurables pour les employeurs;
- le traitement de questions liées aux comptes des employeurs soulevées par des parties internes à la WSIB;
- l'administration des décisions rendues par le TASPAAT;
Exigences de l'emploi
Scolarité
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires (programme pouvant durer jusqu'à trois ans).
Expérience professionnelle
- Trois ans d'expérience en comptabilité, en finance, en marketing ou en service à la clientèle.
