Relevant du superviseur général en santé et sécurité, vous ferez partie du département de santé et sécurité.
Vous veillerez à ce que les objectifs soient atteints tout en promouvant et en respectant les valeurs d'Agnico Eagle, le code de conduite en matière de santé et de sécurité ainsi que l'environnement.
- Élaborer et faciliter la mise en œuvre d'outils de gestion de la santé et de la sécurité (analyse des risques professionnels, observation des tâches, formulaires de déclaration d'incident, enquête sur un incident), et contribuer à élaborer un programme de santé et de sécurité pour le complexe Meadowbank
- Mettre en place une formation dans les différents services pour améliorer le flux de travail et simplifier la gestion des risques, tant au niveau opérationnel qu'à plus grande échelle, par exemple les risques liés à la santé et à la sécurité
- Participer aux vérifications des systèmes de gestion et aux vérifications de la conformité à l'initiative Vers le développement minier durable(TSM)
- Examiner et optimiser l'utilisation des logiciels de santé et sécurité et la normalisation du contrôle des documents et de la gestion des dossiers à l'échelle du site
- Effectuer des vérifications en milieu de travail sur la mise en œuvre des outils de santé et sécurité (observation des tâches et analyse des risques professionnels) et simplifier les réunions sur la sécurité au sein du service
- Exécuter d'autres tâches, au besoin
Qualifications requises :
- Baccalauréat en relations industrielles, en sciences ou dans un autre domaine lié à la santé et à la sécurité
- Un certificat dans un domaine lié à la santé et à la sécurité combiné au titre de Professionnel en sécurité agréé du Canada (PSAC), un atout
- Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en santé et sécurité
- Expérience dans l'exploitation minière souterraine, un atout
- Expérience dans l'industrie minière, un atout
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement multiculturel
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Excellente connaissance pratique de toutes les applications de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Outlook, Excel, Word et PowerPoint

Votre horaire de travail :
- Horaire :
14 jours de travail, suivis de 14 jours pour les déplacements et le repos - L'hébergement et les repas sont fournis sur place à l'employé, sans frais.
Agnico Eagle offre des vols nolisés à destination et en provenance du site minier.
Par ailleurs, l'entreprise pourra couvrir d'autres frais de déplacement en fonction de votre lieu de résidence au Canada.
