A regular day for you will include:
- As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service.
- Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
- Gathering loan information.
- Selling our loan and protection products.
- Closing loans virtually and in person.
- Following up past due customer accounts.
- Cash controls including taking payments.
- Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer's trust and loyalty.

Must-haves:
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset.
- Great communication skills.
Extra - awesome to have:
- You have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting or experience in a financial institution.
- Previous experience working with loan origination software.
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
- Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
