Natural Forces Solar
Natural Forces Solar is a dynamic engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance company in the renewable energy sector. Based in Dartmouth, NS, Natural Forces Solar provides innovative, robust, and cost-effective renewable energy systems to clients across Canada.
The Estimator will work closely with dynamic, internal teams and subcontractors to develop accurate, competitive project estimates while evaluating risk, costs and safety factors. If you're passionate about sustainability and have construction or engineering experience, we would love to hear from you!
Your Mission:
- Build and manage relationships with subcontractors
- Prepare and evaluate RFQs and proposals
- Interpret project drawings and specs to create detailed estimates
- Support project proposals, budgets, and preliminary schedules
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Your Profile:
- Degree/diploma in engineering, construction, or related field
- 2+ years' experience in engineering or construction
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with drawings/specs and coordinating with subcontractors
- Willingness to travel within Atlantic Canada occasionally
- Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset
