Description du poste
Ce nouveau poste est destiné à une personne stratégique, autonome et fonceuse, capable de bâtir une fonction à partir de zéro, de concevoir des stratégies structurantes - et de les exécuter avec rigueur et créativité.
Relevant directement du PDG, le ou la titulaire sera responsable de la direction stratégique et de l'exécution des activités de marketing, de communication et d'événementiel. En tant que pivot de cette fonction, il ou elle collaborera étroitement avec les équipes internes et s'entourera de partenaires externes selon les besoins.
Ce poste revêt une importance stratégique dans un environnement dynamique et en pleine expansion, où les décisions prises aujourd'hui façonnent directement le succès de demain.
Responsabilités principales.
Marketing
- Concevoir et déployer une stratégie marketing intégrée (visibilité, acquisition, rétention, notoriété, positionnement).
- Planifier et exécuter des campagnes numériques multicanaux (SEO, SEM, contenu, infolettres, réseaux sociaux, publicité).
- Élaborer du contenu de qualité:
articles, études de cas, vidéos, livres blancs, courriels automatisés. - Optimiser la performance du site web et de ses contenus pour maximiser la génération de trafic et de leads.
- Travailler avec les ventes pour développer des outils de prospection, aligner les messages, renforcer les parcours clients.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe produit pour définir le positionnement, structurer les offres et appuyer les lancements.
Communications
- Définir et renforcer l'image de marque d'AttriX auprès des clients, partenaires et employés.
- Assurer la cohérence des messages internes et externes sur tous les canaux.
- Développer et exécuter les plans de communication (interne, corporatif, public, employeur).
- Rédiger et diffuser les communications clés:
communiqués, articles, infolettres, discours de direction. - Gérer les plateformes sociales (stratégie, contenu, animation, performance).
- Nourrir les relations médias et coordonner les occasions de visibilité dans l'industrie.
Événementiel
- Concevoir, organiser et coordonner les événements clients, partenaires, internes et de rayonnement (conférences, salons, panels, lancements).
- Gérer l'ensemble de la logistique:
fournisseurs, équipements, budget, personnel terrain. - Assurer la captation de contenu durant les événements (photos, vidéos, témoignages) et leur valorisation après coup.
- Intégrer chaque événement dans la dynamique globale d'acquisition, de fidélisation et de notoriété.
Profil recherché
- 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en marketing et communication dans un contexte B2B, technologique, SaaS ou industriel.
- Baccalauréat en marketing, administration des affaires ou tout autre domaine pertinent.
- Forte capacité à passer de la stratégie à l'exécution, dans un cadre autonome et entrepreneurial.
- Excellente maîtrise du marketing numérique (SEO, SEM, analytics, marketing de contenu, automatisation).
- Sens affûté du positionnement, de la valeur client et des leviers d'influence.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois, dans un environnement à haute vélocité.
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise, parlées et écrites.
- Maîtrise des outils:
Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot ou CRM équivalent, Canva/Adobe, Trello/Asana, ChatGPT. - Une connaissance du secteur du transport ou de la logistique constitue un atout majeur.
