Rôle et compétences clés:
• Tu es capable de diriger et motiver une équipe de gérants pour atteindre les objectifs fixés;
• Tu communiques clairement et efficacement avec toutes les équipes;
• Tu possèdes des compétences organisationnelles, soit planifier et organiser efficacement les opérations quotidiennes des boutiques;
• Tu dois posséder une capacité à résoudre les problèmes, tu feras face à des situations difficiles ou des problèmes imprévus, tu dois être capable de prendre des décisions rapides et de trouver des solutions créatives.
• Tu devras t'assurer de la performance globale des boutiques sous ta supervision en plus d'être fiable et responsable de tes actions et de celles de ton équipe.
• Tu devras être capable de t'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles situations et aux changements de priorités.
• Tu dois posséder des compétences en gestion du personnel, cela inclut la capacité à former, encadrer et évaluer les gérants et leurs équipes, ainsi qu'à gérer les conflits et à favoriser un environnement de travail positif.

Compétences générales :
- Cinq (5) ans d'expérience en gestion dans le commerce de détail
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes
- Leadership très positif, habiletés de communication, orientation résultats et service à la clientèle, esprit décisionnel, sens de l'organisation et de gestion des priorités, orientation affaires, engagement et loyauté.
- Le poste exige une présence constante et régulière dans les boutiques sous sa responsabilité.
