As a Carrier Sales Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic environment that pushes your limits, challenges you to excel, and empowers you to carve your own path to success. Your responsibilities include cultivating relationships with truckload carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring freight moves seamlessly from point A to B.
What We're Looking For:
- Gritty, highly motivated self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed
- Outstanding communicator, strong negotiator, and the ability to connect with people
- Sales experience is a plus but not required; eagerness for results is essential
- Willing to work on-site full-time in an industry operating beyond standard hours

What You'll Do:
- Make 100+ cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments
- Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads
- Build and expand your carrier portfolio by establishing new relationships
- Provide excellent service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders, exceeding metrics such as outbound calls, loads moved, and automation targets
- Resolve service failures in a dynamic, sometimes chaotic industry
