1. SENIOR DISTRICT MANAGER* Based in:* Moncton, Saint John (Preferably) or Halifax
As a District Sales Manager, you will oversee multiple stores, coach Store Managers, and execute strategic sales and operational initiatives. You are the ultimate brand ambassador, passionate about people, performance, and profitability.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead 6+ stores with a focus on KPIs, team development, and sales growth
- Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers
- Oversee visual merchandising, payroll, and P&L performance
- Build local brand visibility and support new store openings
- Drive community engagement and customer loyalty
*Profile We're Seeking:*
- 5+ years leading multi-unit retail teams (6+ stores)
- Strong background in customer service, HR, and retail operations
- Hands-on leader with high energy and strategic mindset
- Proven track record in exceeding targets and motivating teams
- Full mobility and availability (weekends/evenings/holidays)
2. SENIOR STORE MANAGER* Location: * Saint John (NB)
As a Senior Store Manager, you'll own your store's success-from team development and visual merchandising to KPI performance and clienteling. You'll lead by example and help build a world-class customer experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Daily sales coaching and KPI-driven planning
- Motivate, train, and empower your team
- Oversee stock, visual standards, and store operations
- Act as a brand ambassador within the community
- Identify internal talent and create succession plans
*Ideal Profile:*
- 5-7 years in retail store leadership (boutique, fashion, or big box)
- Strong command of sales strategy, team development, and operations
- Passionate about customer service and building client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high emotional intelligence
